This book translated from the German "Der Christus der Glaubens" in 1957 and with Nihil Obstat and an Imprimatur by Bishop Geo. Craven of Westminster contains an excellent discussion in just over twenty pages of the various disputes in the Church about the Human/Divine nature of Jesus Christ in the first centuries of the Church.

It then proceeds to a simple and straightforward discussion of Our Lord's claim to Divinity in the Canonical Gospels and other writings in the New Testament.

Excellent in my view.
